about

We went to the recording studio, with no idea of what we were going to play.
Everyone came with some notes, from the night before, we throw ideas together and Alchemy was born.
First, for me, Music is like Science.
Science has its own Equations and Formulas, just like Music has its own Rhythm, Melody, Harmony.
Alchemy is the Combination of Sounds and Talented People.
So, without the Composition and the right People, such as Sherman Irby, Nico Menci and Darrell Green, We couldn’t have created the Chemical Effect, which is Alchemy.
Sherman Irby:
I have known Sherman for twenty years, and he is one of the Best Alto Saxophonist, in the world.
Sherman and I, we met through Bruce Forman, another famous great Musician, and we connected straight away.
We understood our way of playing Music together, it was a Musical Chemistry, and since then, we tour and record together.
